Tantra
is an awareness practice that involves the totality of your
being, including your sexuality.
I teach and practice Tantra
because I find it potently moves me through illusions, into
the full realization of who I am. It changes my experience
of love - from "I
love you because you are mine" - to meeting all of existence
as the beloved.
Tantric teaching is organic and responds to
the energetics of where you are at in your embodied awareness
an the moment of our meeting. The practice will confront you
with some fundamental questions:
• Who am I? Am I my
story? Am I my body?
• What is love really? Can I live in it?
• Am I willing to accept and embrace my desires and
my fears?
• What is real?
A key feature of Tantric practice is that it is experiential.
For more on how this works and on what the goals, outcomes
and objectives are of the practice, see totalitytherapy.com.
As a Dakini (female Tantra teacher) I am a catalyst initiating
you into deeper levels of awareness. Make sure you are ready.
You will need significant levels of mental, emotional, physical
and spiritual strength to begin this practice.I am there to
take you through your illusions, not to meet your needs. Please
note that I do not offer sensual/sexual massage.
I am a member of the Advait
Tantra School and have a male colleague,
Daka Stephen
Tredrea. I am based in Cape Town, South Africa, and
teach in various locations. On this website, you will find
current information about events (for men and women, and
for women only) and private sessions. Contact me if you would
like to be on my maining list.
