Passive stretch
The objective is relaxation, as well as stretching
the skeleton of the
receiver to allow free flow of energy. For simplicity I refer to the
receiver as female:
To start, the receiver sits cross legged in enough space to be able to
lie
down and stretch out fully. Kneel behind her and place both hands on
the
sides of her head and apply gentle upwards pressure to lengthen the neck.
Next, interlink her fingers and raise her hands above her head. Move
into a
standing position so as to be able to stretch her spine by pulling upwards
on her interlinked hands above her head. During the stretch the receiver
breaths in, holds for a few seconds, and then exhales as you releases
the
stretch. Repeat for three breaths and relax the hands back into her lap.
Change her leg position to bent, with knees close to her chest and then
gently move her upper body backwards into a laying position. Change your
position to straddle her bent legs and slightly lifts her hips, pulling
downwards to lengthen the spine (the receiver may assist by using her
legs
to take the weight of her hips). One at a time, straighten her legs,
supporting the ankle and underside of the knee, and gently pull on the
leg.
If she is partial to having her feet touched, lavish attention on both
feet,
massaging the soles and each toe - spend time here.
Move your hands lightly up both of her legs and inner thighs, but avoid
direct contact with her genitals (remember the object is relaxation not
stimulation). Place one flat hand firmly on her abdomen, just below the
navel, and your other hand under her neck - rest like this for a moment
and
allow the energies to flow. Now move your hands lightly up over her stomach,
between the breasts and onto her shoulders. One at a time, stretch each
arm
out, moving onto the hands, opening them out and stretching the fingers.
Finally turn your attention to her head. Caress her face gently and run
your
fingers through her hair. Give her gentle kisses, lay close to her, relax
and hold her tenderly for a few minutes.
Airing the skin
This exercise is a sensual undressing of your partner and may
be quite
erotic for both of you:
The receiver stands, relaxed, with her eyes closed (a blindfold could
add
some mystery). In total silence, very slowly and very delicately start
removing her clothing. It is important that you do not touch her skin
with
your hands. She may need to steady herself against you as you remove
her
foot ware or as she steps out of her clothing. Move slowly, she needs
to
feel the fabric moving on her skin. When she is completely naked, 'tease'
her skin all over very sensually so that she experiences heightened touch
awareness. Try these techniques: Lightly blow onto different areas; trail
your fingers, barely touching, across areas of her body; 'mist' her skin
with scented water in an atomizer spray; touch parts of her skin with
the
tip of your tongue; make your movements randomly so that she does not
expect
what or where the next sensation will be. For example: slowly and lightly
trail the tips of your fingers up one calf, behind the knee and half
way up
one thigh - blow softly across her pubic hair - touch two or three spots
on
her tummy with your tongue - trace under her lower lip with a finger
tip -
trail your fingers under one breast - let her feel your body heat just
an
inch from her cheek. Don't allow her to become bored. When she is ready,
move on to some other tantric massage.
